Webinar Tonight for Santa Rosa Residents Who Want Fire Safe Landscaping Tips | KSRO

The Santa Rosa Fire Department is hosting a Resilient Landscaping webinar today. The two hour seminar will teach residents how to create and maintain a fire-wise, sustainable garden that supports biodiversity while meeting County code requirements. Experts will go over plant selection, placement, and maintenance so that you can preserve and even enhance wildlife habitat, while keeping your property and neighborhood fire-wise and sustainable. The webinar is at 5:30 PM this evening and will feature experts from the UC Cooperative Extension, Sonoma Ecology Center, and, of course, the Santa Rosa Fire Department.
