4-H Landscaping Competition Brings Added Beauty to Fairgrounds

ROCKSPRINGS, Ohio – During the week of the Meigs County Fair, 4-H clubs have a bit of the grounds to beautify. The Landscape Competition has become more than just about making a corner of the fair more colourful. In recent years the areas have had photo opportunities and even games.

This year, the club winning first place was Country Pioneer 4-H Club. The entry was near the Small Arena.

Second place went to Cowboy Boots and Country Roots with a different take on a floral arrangement. Their landscape project was near the entrance to the Rutland Bottle Gas Domestic Arts Building.

The third place entry was by llllll 4-H Club. It was by the Dairy Barn Gate and greeted those coming to the fair and was also a spot to take photos.
